I'm so happy Smoker gave me permission for this!

Mm, for those wondering, October 3rd is the Moon Cake festival! For those who don't know what that is, please allow me to explain.

The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival, or Zhongqiu Jie It dates back over 3,000 years to moon worship in China's Shang Dynasty. It is also known as the Lantern Festival of the Mooncake festival!

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the two most important holidays in the Chinese calendar, the other being the Chinese New Year, and is a legal holiday in several countries. There are also so many folklore legends that surround the mooncake and the Festival!
Usually the festival includes the following:
Eating moon cakes outside under the moon
Carrying brightly lit lanterns, lighting lanterns on towers, floating sky lanterns
Burning incense
Fire Dragon Dances

With the Festival there's also a special thing known as Moon cakes!

Mooncakes are Chinese pastries traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival. The festival is for lunar worship and moon watching; moon cakes are regarded as an indispensable delicacy on this occasion. Mooncakes are offered between friends or on family gatherings while celebrating the festival, one of the three most important Chinese festivals.

The folklore behind it as well is that it was a method of hiding the message that were printed on the surface of mooncakes as a simple puzzle or mosaic. In order to read the encrypted message, each of the 4 mooncakes packaged together must be cut into 4 parts each. The 16 pieces of mooncake, must then be pieced together in such a fashion that the secret messages can be read. The pieces of mooncake are then eaten to destroy the message. I've asked Miss Lady to help me make them, a-and if you'd like a special message written on your moon cakes we'd be more than happy to make a special delivery and order for you.

The fillings and crusts of your picking.
coffee
chocolate
nuts (walnuts, mixed nuts, etc)
fruits (prunes, pineapples, melons, lychees etc)
vegetables (sweet potatoes, etc)
Or you can combined them!

Mr. Ayame, I was hoping to enlist your help for making some Hanfu's should people want to wear them. I'll be more than happy to help supply what I can~

Ah! Miss Taiwan! Would you like to help with the mooncakes and making lanterns? I'd love for your wonderful culinary skills if you're none too busy.

N-Not everyone may find this interesting, b-but for those who would like to participate I'd love to hear input!

Thank you again, Mr. Smoker.
